Our expansive foundry, covering an enclosed area of 2,000 m², offers leading South African mining and industrial foundry services. Our advanced casting methods are tailored to meet the most demanding requirements.
Our heat treatment plant is designed to optimise castings’ mechanical properties, enhancing their strength, durability, and resistance to wear. Integrating the heat treatment process within our foundry enables us to deliver fully finished, high-quality castings that meet or exceed industry standards.
Our foundry is equipped with cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest quality of castings. We operate with two medium-frequency furnaces capable of handling 150KG and 500KG batches, providing flexibility and efficiency for a diverse range of projects. Complementing our furnaces is a 5-ton/hour sand plant, ensuring consistent and precise sand preparation for every casting. The continuous mixer enhances our ability to produce large quantities of consistent quality sand moulds.
We understand that precise and reliable lifting capabilities are crucial in foundries. Our foundry is equipped with an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 10 tons, and our heat treatment plant has an additional 3-ton crane, ensuring safe and efficient handling of heavy castings.
Quality control is at the heart of what we do.
