DW PUMP

Available in 150mm and 200mm discharge sizes. These pumps can achieve 13 bar pressure at 290 l/s with best efficiency 78%. They are designed to withstand working pressure of 50bar and are statically tested at 75bar and are therefore safe and efficient in series pump configurations. Larger vein sizes decrease probability of clogging. 

  • 1000 m3/hr B.E.P @ 120 meter head. Specific Gravity 1.05
  • Volute Casing test pressure 7500 kpa. Working pressure 5000 kpa.
  • Longevity is achieved with unique sealing and bearing design resulting in minimum delays and standing time.
  • These significant improvements have reduced the total cost of ownership to company with case studies to prove these claims.

VS Range

Heavy Duty Hard Metal or Elastomer – This has been enhanced from the original design with the hydro-dynamic expeller labyrinth seal which when operating pressurizes and keeps contaminants from entering the bearings. 

  • Due to the OEM design weaknesses, we introduced our design improvements that have increased the working life of this pump significantly resulting in huge cost savings.
  • A PRZ Hydro-dynamic expeller labyrinth seal was introduced, the pressurized seal design keeps contaminants from entering the bearings with an additional shrink-on securing ring.
  • A heavy-duty five-foot column extension design for additional support.
  • A standard heavy-duty five-foot volute design to match.
  • The cantilever shaft design together with improved material selection enables high impact resistance from large pumped objects.
  • A complete test and Case study was conducted and concluded by a Mining Company quality department.

Vortex Spillage Pump – Applications include spillage, slurry, food process, paper and pulp and processing plants. The recessed vortex impeller design allows large quantities, solids and fibrous materials to be pumped without clogging. Optional agitators and various spindle lengths are available.

H - Range

Heavy Duty Elastomer and Hard Iron Liner end suction pumps. This efficient and robust yet surprisingly simple design makes it easy to maintain while having the lowest cost of ownership.

Used widely in mining and mineral processing applications and especially in rugged mill discharge. Slow running pumps have easily replaceable elastomer or hard metal liners and impellers. With various natural or synthetic elastomer or chrome iron metallurgies available for choosing the best corrosion resistant chemical process pump available. Used to pump silica sand and coarse gravel while being easy to maintain.

Applications include coal wash, mill discharge, concentrator, tailings, sugar processing, steel mills and cement processing.

Available in sizes from 25mm to 350mm discharge and covering an impressive flow range from 4 to 800 l/s. Able to generate 90m of head in a single pump with volute capable of withstanding 2100kPa. The high-pressure capability allows the user to operate several pumps in series all consolidated into one pump house, saving the expense of supporting systems like gland water supply systems.

These efficient rugged pumps are fully customizable to your process requirements with shaft seal and material selections tailored to your needs. They are ideal for series pumping applications with an optional expeller seal.
